We are looking for a Post Production Manager to lead the final phase of our interior projects, from completion of installation through client handover and the after-sales period. You will make sure every project meets our design and quality standards and that clients are delighted with the result.

Responsibilities

- Inspect completed work against approved drawings, specifications, and BOQ

- Prepare snag lists and coordinate timely rectification with site teams and vendors

- Manage client walkthroughs, handover, and sign-off

- Handle complaints and warranty issues during the defect liability period

- Track rework costs and maintain project closure documentation

- Share feedback with design and production teams to reduce future defects

Requirements

- Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field

- 5-8 years of experience in interior fit-out, site execution, QC, or handover

- Solid knowledge of materials, joinery, finishes, and installation methods

- Ability to read drawings and BOQs; proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office

- Excellent attention to detail, communication, and vendor and client management skills

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
