Manage and control day-to-day production activities for MBS Tool Room, TC and Extrusion Tools. 2 Plan and monitor production schedules to achieve on-time delivery as per customer requirements. 3 Lead production activities related to dies, extrusion tools, tooling components, and mechanical parts. 4 Ensure proper utilization of CNC, VMC, milling, turning, grinding, EDM/Wire EDM and other tool-room machines. 5 Monitor production processes from raw material to machining, heat treatment, grinding, finishing, assembly and final inspection. 6 Read and understand engineering drawings, mechanical drawings, GD&T;, specifications and tooling drawings. 7 Coordinate with Design, Planning, Purchase, Quality, Stores and Maintenance departments. 8 Allocate manpower and machines according to production priorities and job requirements. 9 Monitor daily production output, rejection, rework, machine utilization and productivity. 10 Identify production bottlenecks and take corrective actions to improve productivity. 11 Ensure proper process control and adherence to quality standards and customer specifications. 12 Develop and implement methods to reduce rejection, rework, material wastage and production delays. 13 Monitor tool life, machine performance and production efficiency. 14 Ensure proper 5S, housekeeping and safety practices in the production area. 15 Train, guide and develop production supervisors,



operators and technicians. 16 Maintain daily production reports and submit MIS/KPI reports to management. 17 Support continuous improvement activities such as Kaizen, process improvement and productivity improvement. 18 Ensure production activities comply with company procedures and applicable ISO requirements.

Required Experience &

Skills 1 Strong experience in Production Management in Mechanical Manufacturing / Tool Room / Die Manufacturing. 2 Experience in manufacturing of Dies, Extrusion Tools, TC Tools and Tool Room Components will be preferred. 3 Strong knowledge of mechanical manufacturing processes and machining operations. 4 Good knowledge of CNC/VMC, milling, turning, grinding, EDM/Wire EDM and other tool-room processes. 5 Ability to read and interpret mechanical and tooling drawings. 6 Good understanding of engineering materials, cutting tools, machining parameters and manufacturing processes. 7 Experience in handling production teams and shop-floor manpower. 8 Robust knowledge of production planning, scheduling, productivity and quality control. 9 Ability to identify and solve technical and production-related problems. 10 Good coordination and communication skills. 11 Strong leadership and decision-making ability.
