We are looking for a Production Manager to plan, organise, and run photoshoots and content production end to end. You will be the person who makes a shoot happen smoothly: from the brief and budget to the crew, locations, props, schedules, and final delivery. This is a hands-on, detail-driven role for someone who stays calm under pressure and takes pride in shoots that start on time, stay on budget, and deliver great content.

Key Responsibilities

- Turn the creative brief into a production plan, shot list, schedule, and budget; scout and book locations and studios; share call sheets and shoot-day timelines.
- Hire, brief, and manage crew (photographers, videographers, assistants, stylists, makeup and hair artists, set designers, models, lighting and sound staff); maintain a freelancer and vendor database, negotiate rates, and finalise contracts.
- Arrange equipment, props, wardrobe, products, transport, and accommodation for outstation shoots, and keep an inventory log.
- Lead the shoot day: keep to schedule and shot list, link client and crew, ensure safety, handle surprises, and capture BTS content.
- Coordinate file backup, edits, client feedback, revisions, and final delivery.
- Settle vendor and freelancer payments,



track spend, and close each shoot with a cost report.
- Build checklists and templates, maintain a production calendar, and update management regularly.
- Cut costs without losing quality, including barter tie-ups for locations, products, and talent.

Requirements

- 1-5 years of experience in production management, ideally in a marketing agency, production house, FMCG, fashion or lifestyle brand, or e-commerce content team.
- Strong understanding of photoshoot and video production workflows, from planning to delivery.
- Proven ability to organise crew, vendors, and logistics for multiple shoots at once.
- Positive network of photographers, models, stylists, makeup artists, studios, and rental vendors in Jaipur or Rajasthan (a plus).
- Strong budgeting, negotiation, and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication, and the ability to coordinate with clients and creative teams.
- Calm, solution-oriented, and able to handle pressure on shoot days.
