Key Responsibilities

- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that it is well-defined and understood by the development team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable user stories.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product decisions and improvements.
- Monitor product performance and analytics to identify areas for enhancement.

Skills and Tools Required

- 5-6 years of experience in product ownership or a similar role within software development.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
- Proficiency in requirement gathering, user story creation, and backlog management.
- Experience with product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar platforms.

To succeed in this role – you should have the following A minimum of 5 years of experience in product ownership or a similar role. Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. A customer-centric mindset with experience in gathering and analyzing user feedback.
