Role & responsibilities

- Develop and implement end-to-end product lifecycle strategies, including pipeline planning, pre-launch, launch, and post-launch activities.

- Formulate and execute product growth initiatives in alignment with organizational objectives.

- Design and deliver structured product and scientific training programs to enhance field force effectiveness.

- Collaborate with Medical Affairs, R&D;, and Learning & Development teams to ensure scientific accuracy and strategic alignment.

- Develop annual brand plans, detailing positioning, communication strategy, and market penetration initiatives.

- Conduct market research, customer insights analysis, and competitor intelligence to guide informed decision-making.





- Perform SWOT analysis and translate insights into actionable sales and marketing strategies.

- Create and review promotional inputs and support the organization of CMEs and scientific forums.

- Ensure consistent brand visibility and compliance-aligned promotion among healthcare professionals and hospitals.

- Support sales force motivation through training interventions, performance recognition programs, and engagement initiatives.

- Conduct field visits to assess execution quality and collect market feedback (travel up to 30%).
