Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Product Designer role based in Noida.

The Product

Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design intuitive, engaging product experiences across LivWell’s web and mobile platforms, from concept through implementation. Day-to-day activities include conducting user research, defining user journeys and flows, creating wireframes and interactive prototypes, and delivering polished visual designs that align with LivWell’s brand and product strategy. The role involves applying design thinking to solve complex user and business problems, iterating based on feedback and data,



and partnering closely with product managers and engineers to ensure designs are feasible and effectively implemented.

The Product

Designer will also contribute to design systems and guidelines to maintain consistency and scalability across the product ecosystem.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in Product Design and Design Thinking to solve user and business problems effectively.
- Experience in User Research and UX Research, including planning studies, gathering insights, and translating findings into design decisions.
- Proficiency in Visual Design, with the ability to create clear, accessible, and engaging interfaces for web and mobile.
- Ability to create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Understanding of usability principles, interaction design, and responsive design best practices.
- Experience collaborating closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders in an agile environment.
- Robust communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain design rationale and incorporate feedback.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience designing for health, wellness, or fintech/insurtech products is an advantage.
