Role Description The Procurement Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Patancheru. This position is responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing materials, evaluating suppliers, and ensuring timely availability of components and services required for industrial automation projects.

Day-to-day tasks include negotiating contracts, overseeing purchase orders, monitoring inventory levels, and coordinating with engineering, production, and finance teams to align procurement plans with project timelines and budgets. The role also involves managing vendor relationships, maintaining accurate procurement records,



and implementing cost-saving and quality-improvement initiatives.

The Procurement

Manager is expected to ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and ethical procurement practices.

Qualifications

- Strong procurement and purchasing skills, with experience managing end-to-end procurement processes in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in supplier evaluation and vendor management, including supplier selection, performance assessment, and relationship building.
- Experience in contract negotiation and contract management, with the ability to secure favorable terms while mitigating risk.
- Solid analytical skills for cost analysis, demand forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related discipline; advanced certifications in procurement or supply chain are an advantage.
- Familiarity with ERP or procurement software systems and standard procurement documentation and workflows.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally on-site.
- Proven ability to prioritize multiple projects, maintain attention to detail, and adhere to timelines in a fast-paced workplace.
