Job Summary We are looking for a result-oriented Vehicle Sourcing &

- Procurement Executive responsible for sourcing used commercial vehicles, negotiating purchase prices, evaluating vehicle conditions, verifying documentation, and ensuring profitable procurement while achieving monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities 1 Vehicle Sourcing &

- Procurement: Identify and source suitable used commercial vehicles through customer references, brokers, dealers, and other lead-generation channels. 2 Customer Handling &
- Negotiation: Connect with vehicle sellers, understand their requirements, negotiate purchase prices, and close deals within approved procurement limits. 3 Vehicle Valuation &
- Inspection: Assess market value, kilometres driven, vehicle condition, tyre health, and refurbishment requirements to determine the right purchase price. 4 Document Verification: Verify RC, ownership details, loan outstanding, NOC requirements, challans, insurance, fitness certificates, road tax, and other statutory documents. 5 Cost &
- Margin Management:



Calculate total vehicle procurement costs, including purchase price, refurbishment, transportation, documentation, and pending liabilities, to maintain targeted profit margins. 6 Procurement Target Achievement: Achieve monthly sourcing and procurement targets while maintaining vehicle quality standards and profitability. 7 Dealer &
- Broker Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, brokers, and other sourcing partners to ensure a consistent supply of quality vehicles. 8 Market Research &
- Reporting: Track market prices, vehicle demand, and competitor activity while maintaining accurate sourcing, negotiation, and procurement records.

Required Skills • Strong negotiation and communication skills.

- Knowledge of used commercial vehicles and the CV market.
- Understanding of vehicle valuation, inspection, and documentation.
- Ability to manage procurement costs and profitability.
- Solid relationship-building and networking skills.
- Target-driven approach with ownership and accountability.
- Proficiency in Excel and basic reporting.

Qualifications &

Experience • Graduate in any discipline; relevant experience preferred.
