We are looking for professionals with solid expertise in Automotive Direct Material

Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Value Engineering & Cost Optimisation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead strategic sourcing and category management for automotive direct materials.
- Drive value engineering, should-cost analysis and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Manage supplier negotiations, development and performance improvement.
- Identify cost optimisation opportunities through localisation, alternate sourcing and design-to-cost.
- Work with automotive OEMs and Tier-1/Tier-2 suppliers.

Candidate Requirements:

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, Production or related engineering discipline.
- MBA from a reputed institute preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in automotive procurement and direct sourcing.
- Hands-on experience in direct material sourcing and value engineering / cost reduction across multiple component categories.
- Strong understanding of automotive manufacturing and component costing.

Work Details:

- 5 days working | Hybrid model
- Travel to client sites as required
