We are looking for a Procurement Executive with experience in civil construction projects to handle material procurement, vendor coordination, purchase orders, price negotiations and timely material delivery to project sites.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle procurement of construction materials for civil site projects.
- Advance Excel Knowledge.
- Source and identify reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Collect and compare quotations from multiple vendors.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and process purchase orders (POs).
- Coordinate with site engineers and project teams to understand material requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to project locations.
- Monitor material quality and quantity as per project requirements.
- Maintain purchase records, vendor details and procurement reports.
- Follow up on pending orders, invoices and payments.
- Control procurement costs while maintaining quality standards.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
