Procurement Sr. Manager - IT in Gurugram, Haryana | Careers at Gurugram-Intellion Edge-IND The Associate Director, Global Procurement – IT & BPO will be responsible for leading strategic sourcing and category management activities across an approximately $300MM portfolio covering technology, consulting and business process outsourcing spend.

The role will partner closely with Global/Sector IT teams, Finance, Legal and business stakeholders to develop and execute sourcing strategies that drive value, improve supplier performance, mitigate risk and deliver annual productivity commitments.

The primary focus will be Global IT Procurement, and therefore we are looking for candidates with robust global exposure across IT categories and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities / Skills Required

- Develop and execute global sourcing and supplier strategies across IT Services, Enterprise Software, Hardware/Telecom, Consulting and BPO.
- Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing, including RFP, RFQ, RFI, competitive bidding, supplier evaluation and selection.
- Strong experience in commercial/contract negotiations, Master Services Agreements (MSA), Statements of Work (SOW),



rate analysis and maintenance renewals.
- Experience working with global technology/consulting suppliers such as IBM, SAP, PwC, Deloitte, EY, Cognizant, HCL, Infosys, Microsoft, Oracle, HP, etc.
- Manage significant IT spend and identify opportunities for cost optimization, productivity/savings and supplier consolidation.
- Track category spend by supplier and continuously develop preferred supplier strategies.
- Manage supplier performance, governance and key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Partner with Global IT, Finance, Legal and other cross-functional stakeholders for sourcing strategy implementation, negotiations and project planning.
- Strong ability to engage and influence senior/global stakeholders, including CTO/SVP-level leadership.
- Drive procurement process efficiencies, best practices and risk mitigation while ensuring compliance with PepsiCo policies and commercial terms.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, project management, communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
- Experience using AI agents, chatbots or AI-enabled capabilities for contract reviews/procurement execution would be an added advantage.
- Ability to operate effectively in a global,



complex and matrixed environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or a related discipline.
