We are looking for Executive PTP for one of our esteemed clients in Navi Mumbai having experience into Procure To Pay , Account Payable , Invoice Process , Purchase Order , Non PO , Vemdor Managment , 2 Way Match , 3 Way Match.

Exp: - 3 - 6 Years

Location: Navi Mumbai (Airoli)

Shifts : Adaptable Shift

- Process vendor invoices accurately and within established timelines.
- Review and validate invoices against purchase orders and supporting documents.
- Perform 2-way and 3-way matching of invoices.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies by coordinating with vendors and internal departments.
- Maintain vendor records and payment information.
- Prepare and process payment requests.
- Perform vendor account reconciliations.
- Respond to vendor inquiries regarding invoice and payment status.
- Ensure proper documentation and record maintenance for audit purposes.
- Enter and track invoices using ERP/accounting systems.
