Job Title: Procurement Support Associate

About the Business Line/Function The Procurement function is responsible for optimizing external spend through competitive acquisition of goods and services from dependable suppliers. The goal is to achieve savings for the Bank at the right level of quality, while promoting procurement-led purchase management by expense category through a regional operating model. The team also facilitates effective management of third-party risk.

Position Purpose

This role acts as a liaison between APAC beneficiaries, Buyers, and relevant stakeholders to carry out procurement support activities. The position involves close interaction with APAC procurement managers, business and function managers, and suppliers, particularly for skilled services and corporate services in the region.

Key Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

- Mailbox monitoring for supplier and internal queries.
- Procurement request support and query handling from business teams.
- Follow-up with third parties for material collection required in procurement and due diligence.
- Commercial offer analysis and comparison.
- Contract preparation and execution using pre-agreed templates.




- Documentation management and proper online storage of procurement records and contract information.

Contributing Responsibilities

- Act as SPOC for Non-IT Procurement support.

Education: Graduate

Technical Skills:

- Payment Tools PDAP/SAP
- GST/TDS knowledge
- MS Excel
- MS Office

Behavioral Skills:

- Written & verbal communication
- Problem-solving ability
- Initiative & autonomy
- Self-motivation
