Job Summary

CCAN Solution LLP is seeking motivated, detail-oriented, and responsible candidates for the position of Processing Staff.

The selected candidates will be responsible for handling day-to-day processing activities, including data entry, document verification, information updating, record maintenance, and processing-related administrative tasks.

We are looking for candidates with basic computer knowledge, good organizational skills, and the ability to handle documents and information accurately within specified timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform daily data entry and processing activities accurately.
- Handle document collection, verification, and processing.
- Review documents and information for accuracy and completeness.
- Enter, update, and maintain data in company records and systems.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical documents.




- Handle processing-related emails and maintain proper records.
- Coordinate with internal team members to ensure smooth processing operations.
- Complete assigned processing tasks .
- Follow company procedures and maintain confidentiality of business information.

Requirements

- Minimum educational qualification: Plus Two / Diploma / Graduate.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
- Positive organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage tasks efficiently .
- Willingness to learn new processes and follow instructions.
