Process Analysis & Optimization
: Deeply study complex jewellery manufacturing and workflow processes; identify process gaps, structural bottlenecks, duplicate efforts, and manual workflows; develop exact As-Is and To-Be process roadmaps.
ERP & System Integration:
Map operational workflows to ERP system logic; translate business needs into functional system specifications; run User Acceptance Testing (UAT), write test cases, and validate systems before site-wide rollout. •
- Documentation & SOP Management:
Formulate, issue,
and continuously maintain high standard operational documents including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Process Flow Diagrams, Business Requirement Documents (BRD), and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
Continuous Improvement
Champion automation and digitization initiatives to phase out manual entry errors; maximize shop-floor operational visibility, transparency, data integrity, and strict internal process controls.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
