Process Coordinator | VisualURL (M.Tech Software)

About us:

VisualURL builds customizable ERP and inventory management software for businesses across India. Our back-end training and support team helps clients get comfortable with current tools and use them well.

The role:

You’ll keep client projects moving day to day. That means knowing who is doing what, what’s due, and what’s stuck.

What you’ll do:

- Work with our internal teams and client contacts to keep tasks clear and on track
- Write down how processes work so anyone can follow them
- Track progress and flag problems early
- Look at process data, spot gaps, and help fix them
- Send regular status updates
- Help with training and handovers so service stays consistent

What we’re looking for:

- Clear, friendly communicator, both in conversation and in writing
- Good at planning tasks and keeping timelines in check
- Organized,



detail-minded, and fine juggling a few things at once
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, IT or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)
- Comfortable working on-site with teammates and clients
- Knowing ERP or inventory systems helps, but it isn’t required

Job details:

- Full-time, hybrid
- Starts as an internship for the first few months
- Followed by a 3-4 month probation period
- Location: Dilshad Garden, Delhi
- Timings: 10 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday
- Compensation: 18K-20K
