Key Responsibilities

- Client Management: Acting as the primary day-to-day contact and escalation point for clients, auditors, and advisors.

- NAV & Financial Review: Overseeing and signing off on complex NAV calculations, IRR, waterfall, financial statements, and regulatory filings.

- Team Leadership: Directing, mentoring, and managing large operational teams and staff performance.

- Risk & Compliance: Monitoring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and applying strong risk management frameworks.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Bachelor or Masters Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Professional Accounting Designation (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)” .

- Experience: “Min 5 years of experience in Financial Services with experience to Product Control, Operations or Fund Accounting setting.”

- Leadership: Proven experience managing and leading staff for at least 10+ years.

- Technical Skills: Deep technical expertise in private equity fund accounting, strong business acumen, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications.
