- Lead the design process from concept development through design documentation and project completion.
- Develop creative design concepts, mood boards, material palettes, and presentations.
- Review design drawings, specifications, and technical documentation for accuracy.
- Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and resolve execution issues.
- Source finishes, furniture, lighting, artwork, and accessories.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers for product selection and approvals.
- Review samples, mock-ups, and shop drawings.

Produce and review:
- Space planning layouts
- Furniture layouts
- Ceiling and flooring plans
- Joinery details
- Material specifications
- BOQs and FF&E; schedules
- Tender documentation

Exceptional design and space-planning abilities. Solid knowledge of materials, finishes, lighting, furniture, and detailing.
