- PhD with 15+ years OR Master's with 18+ years of Power Electronics experience
- 10+ years deploying electrical systems into production environments
- 10+ years leading large technical teams or programs
- Expertise in grid-scale power electronics, converters, protection systems, semiconductors, and HVDC/MVDC architectures
- Experience with PLECS, PSCAD, MATLAB/Simulink, DSP/FPGA controls, and hardware validation
Nice to Have Skills & Experience Multi-disciplinary engineering leadership
Solid industrial electrical systems experience
Exposure to AI/ML, power systems, electrical machines, and thermal sciences
Strong research publication record
