We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Principal Software Engineer to join our dynamic software development team. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in modern front-end frameworks ( React or Angular ) combined with strong backend engineering skills in Microsoft .NET/C# .

CTC Range offered - 60-70 LPA In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of complex technical components, design scalable solutions, and contribute significantly to architectural discussions while remaining fully hands-on. You will be responsible for building high-quality, performant, and maintainable web applications that follow engineering best practices, coding standards, and robust design principles.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Principal Software Engineer, you will:

- Champion engineering excellence by promoting clean architecture, design patterns, testability, and long-term maintainability across the codebase.
- Lead technical explorations and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to validate new ideas, assess feasibility, and guide the adoption of modern tools and approaches.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications.
- Translate business and user requirements into technical solutions with explicit documentation.
- Create detailed flowcharts, architecture diagrams, and component-level designs.
- Produce high-level and low-level design documents while ensuring architectural feasibility.
- Understand system-wide architecture and contribute to long-term technical direction.
- Execute software development lifecycle activities from design through deployment.
- Document and maintain the codebase, technical decisions, and architectural standards.




- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing systems with a focus on reliability and performance.
- Deploy applications, monitor feedback, and drive iterative improvements.
- Influence product evolution by introducing innovative ideas, alternative solutions, and emerging technologies.
- Establish quality benchmarks through rigorous code reviews, performance optimization, security practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential Skills & Experience You are a strong fit if you have:
- 15+ years of hands-on software development experience , with significant exposure to backend systems, microservices, and distributed architectures.
- proficiency in React and TypeScript , or extensive experience with Angular .
- Strong expertise in Microsoft .NET / C# , including API development and integration.
- Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript , and modern UI development principles.
- Experience designing and consuming REST APIs , creating mock-ups, and working with associated tooling.
- Strong hands-on experience with Git , including branching, merging, and conflict resolution.
- Deep understanding of SDLC , CI/CD practices, and clean code principles.
- Knowledge of UML , Web Services ( SOAP ), and integration patterns.

System & Infrastructure Knowledge
- Databases: MySQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch
- Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP
- Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure




- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi
- Monitoring & Observability: Splunk, ELK, Datadog

CI/CD Hands-on experience with tools such as:
- Jenkins
- TeamCity
- Octopus Deploy
- ArgoCD

Container Orchestration
- Kubernetes
- OpenShift

Nice to Have
- Strong UI/UX understanding and ability to collaborate closely with design teams.
- Experience with Webpack, RxJS, Redux, NGXS, NGRx, or similar state management frameworks.
- Experience with responsive design frameworks such as Bootstrap and Material Design .
- Passion for emerging technologies and continuous learning.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Playwright , Selenium , or equivalent tools.
