Qualifications

- Bachelor's certificate in education/ B.Ed. or equivalent or Bachelor's degree in psychology/ child psychology/ developmental psychology
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in an early childhood or preschool setting
- Qualification or training in Early Childhood Education (mandatory)- diploma/ post graduate certificate





- Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching practices
- Passion for working with young children
- Patience, warmth, and the ability to build trusting relationships with children
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- English proficiency - mandatory
- Willingness to learn, reflect, and grow in the community of the preschool
- Reflective and adaptable mindset
- Openness to feedback and mentoring
- Interest in professional development
- Willingness to contribute to a growing school culture
- Experience in lesson planning to deliver structured and engaging learning experiences.
