About the Role

Antier Solutions is looking for a technically accomplished Solution Architect with a strong engineering foundation, strategic thinking capabilities and experience in designing and delivering complex technology solutions.

The ideal candidate should have evolved from a hands-on engineering or technical background into solution architecture, technology consulting or technical leadership. They should be capable of understanding business challenges, identifying technology opportunities and translating them into scalable, commercially viable solutions.

Given Antier's work across Web3, Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence, enterprise applications and technology services, the individual must possess the ability to understand emerging technologies, evaluate their business applicability and guide the development of solutions from conceptualisation to production.

This is a hands-on architecture and strategic technology leadership position. We are looking for someone who can independently establish technical direction, challenge existing approaches, guide engineering teams and contribute to building new technology capabilities and solutions from scratch.

Key Responsibilities

1. Architecture & Technology Strategy

- Design end-to-end architectures for Generative AI, LLM-based applications, Agentic AI, enterprise automation and emerging technology solutions.
- Evaluate and select appropriate AI models, frameworks, orchestration approaches and technology stacks.
- Architect solutions involving RAG, multi-agent systems, tool calling, APIs, databases, distributed systems and enterprise integrations.
- Evaluate emerging technologies across AI, Web3, Blockchain and digital platforms for practical business applications.
- Establish architecture standards covering scalability, security, performance, reliability and maintainability.
- Independently assess technical feasibility, architectural risks and build-versus-buy decisions.

2. Technical Leadership & Engineering Ownership

- Provide architectural direction and technical guidance to engineering and AI development teams.
- Review technical designs, implementation approaches and engineering decisions.
- Establish reusable architecture patterns, development standards and engineering best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and contribute hands-on wherever required.
- Guide teams in adopting AI-assisted development, agentic engineering and modern development practices.
- Ensure engineering execution aligns with the intended architecture and business objectives.

3. Product & Solution Development

- Identify opportunities to build recent technology products, platforms,



frameworks and reusable intellectual property.
- Convert business ideas and client requirements into practical technical architectures and development roadmaps.
- Guide solutions from proof of concept and MVP stages to scalable production deployments.
- Evaluate product feasibility, scalability, development investment and long-term technical sustainability.
- Work with business and product stakeholders to establish technical priorities and product direction.

4. Client Consulting & Business Alignment

- Participate in strategic client discussions, technical discovery and solution workshops.
- Understand business challenges and recommend suitable technology-led approaches.
- Translate complex requirements into feasible architecture and implementation strategies.
- Guide technical estimations, resource planning, solution scope and delivery roadmaps.
- Communicate architectural decisions, technical trade-offs, risks and commercial implications to senior stakeholders.
- Challenge unrealistic requirements and independently recommend practical alternatives.

5. Production Readiness & Technical Governance

- Design solutions with appropriate security, authentication, access controls, monitoring, logging and evaluation mechanisms.
- Address AI-specific challenges involving hallucinations, retrieval quality, model selection, latency, reliability and inference costs.
- Establish human oversight, testing and validation mechanisms for sensitive workflows.
- Guide deployment across cloud, on-premise and hybrid environments.
- Ensure production solutions meet enterprise-grade performance, security and reliability requirements.

Required Education & Experience

- B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics or a closely related engineering discipline from a Tier-1 engineering institution will be preferred
- 8–12+ years of experience across software engineering, AI engineering, technology architecture, consulting or technical leadership.
- Strong foundational understanding of software engineering, system design, application architecture and up-to-date technology ecosystems.
- Demonstrated career progression from engineering or technical implementation into solution architecture,



technology consulting or technical leadership.
- Substantial hands-on experience building or architecting AI/ML or Generative AI applications.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG pipelines, Agentic AI, multi-agent systems, tool calling and orchestration frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with relevant AI frameworks, libraries and integration technologies.
- Experience with APIs, databases, distributed systems, data pipelines and enterprise integrations.
- Demonstrated experience taking complex technology solutions from conceptualisation to production.
- Ability to independently evaluate architecture, technical feasibility, scalability, security and implementation costs.
- Experience guiding engineering teams and making critical technical decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in structured, high-performance consulting or technology-driven environments, with exposure to enterprise transformation, strategic problem-solving, solution architecture and complex business challenges
- Exposure to Web3, Blockchain, DeFi, smart contracts or decentralised application ecosystems.
- Experience building technology products, AI platforms or enterprise solutions from scratch.
- Experience working with international clients and complex enterprise engagements.
- Exposure to cloud architecture, CI/CD, containerisation, observability and scalable AI infrastructure.
- Experience establishing engineering teams, architecture practices or new technology capabilities.

- Possess the ability to challenge assumptions, recommend solutions and establish technical direction.
