Minimum Qualification

- Secondary School Certificate (SSC)

Production & Execution:

- Execute daily production targets as per production plan.

- Support project teams in planning and executing daily precast production and installation activities.

- Guide teams in mould preparation, reinforcement fixing, embedment, concreting, vibration, finishing, curing, demoulding, and installation.

- Support the team in achieving planned production & installation targets.

Quality Control:

- Guide teams to achieve required dimensional accuracy and surface finish.

- Coordinate with QA/QC teams for resolution of production-related quality issues.

Safety:

- Promote safe working practices during all production & installation activities.

- Ensure proper use of PPE and protected handling of reinforcement, moulds, concrete, and lifting equipment.





- Identify unsafe practices and immediately communicate corrective actions.

- Support implementation of L&T; safety procedures and project-specific requirements.

Reporting:

- Maintain daily production and manpower records during deployment.

- Prepare/assist in DPR and productivity reports.

- Record production issues, improvements, and lessons learned.

- Document successful ideas, innovations, and best practices for replication across L&T; ICs.

- Provide deployment feedback and recommendations to PWCC.
