Healthus.ai is a healthcare growth agency. We help hospital networks, clinic chains, funded health start-ups, pharma companies and wellness brands in India and abroad turn attention into appointments, using SEO, AI search, paid media, social, video and PR.

PR has changed. Today, earned media decides more than how a brand looks in the news. It shapes how AI tools describe a hospital, which doctors Google treats as experts, and whether a patient trusts you enough to book. We're looking for a PR manager who sees coverage as a growth lever, not a press clipping.

What you'll own

- Founder and leadership visibility. You'll build the public profile of our founder and of the leaders, doctors and CXOs at our clients, through interviews, op-eds, panels, podcasts and awards.
- Media strategy and campaigns. You'll plan and run PR campaigns tied to real business goals, such as launches, new specialities, milestones and fundraises.
- Journalist relationships. You'll build and nurture relationships with editors and reporters on the health, business, tech and lifestyle beats.
- Top-tier coverage. You'll secure stories in outlets like ET HealthWorld, Times of India, Forbes India, BusinessWorld, Mint and leading trade and international media.
- PR for the AI era (digital PR and GEO). You'll earn coverage and authoritative mentions that get cited by Google, AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity, working closely with our SEO team.
- Content that tells the story.



You'll write press releases, op-eds, bylined articles, media quotes, interview briefs and talking points.
- Turning campaigns into news. You'll find PR angles in our clients' social, YouTube and campaign wins.
- Reputation and crisis communication. You'll protect brands when it matters, from negative reviews to sensitive medical stories.
- Measuring impact. You'll report on more than clip counts: share of voice, backlinks, branded search lift, AI mentions and influence on enquiries.

You'll thrive here if you
- Have 3–5 years of PR experience, ideally at a healthcare, tech or agency PR firm.
- Have a strong, active media network across the health, business and tech beats.
- Write sharp pitches that journalists actually open, and polished op-eds that editors publish.
- Can independently manage the founder's PR alongside several client accounts.
- Know media monitoring and reporting tools well, and are curious about how AI search uses news sources.
- Understand the sensitivities of healthcare communication, including NMC and ASCI guidelines, patient privacy and avoiding exaggerated medical claims.
- Bring experience handling PR for founders, CXOs or senior doctors. This is a bonus, not a must.
