Lead the end-to-end migration strategy for approximately 3,000 BI reports from Teradata to Databricks, ensuring scalable and outcome-driven delivery.

- Design and govern the Databricks Lakehouse architecture, including recreation of Teradata view layers to maintain existing report consumption patterns.

- Define and implement automation frameworks for SQL conversion, view migration, report assessment, and large-scale validation activities.

- Lead Proof of Concepts (POCs) to demonstrate Teradata-to-Databricks migration, BI tool repointing, and configuration-based conversion approaches.

- Provide technical leadership for Tableau, Power BI, Cognos, and related analytics platforms during migration and modernization initiatives.





- Resolve data platform and SQL dialect differences between Teradata and Databricks while ensuring report functionality and performance optimization.

- Establish migration accelerators, reusable frameworks, and best practices to achieve high-volume report migration targets within the program timeline.

- Collaborate with client stakeholders, governance teams, and Databricks partners to drive architecture decisions, compliance alignment, and project success.

- Own technical delivery governance, risk management, effort estimation, executive presentations, and overall solution accountability throughout the engagement lifecycle.
