PMO - Datacenter

Experience: 8-10 Years

Location: Chennai

We are looking for an experienced PMO - Datacenter qualified to support and govern datacenter infrastructure programs, project delivery, resource planning, budgeting, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage PMO activities for Datacenter Infrastructure projects.
- Track project schedules, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Prepare governance reports, project dashboards, and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with Infrastructure, Network, Server, Storage, Security, and Application teams.
- Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and vendor deliverables.
- Facilitate project reviews, steering committee meetings, and status reporting.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and compliance standards.
- Drive continuous process improvement and project governance.

Required Skills





- Strong experience in PMO, Project Governance, and Program Management.
- Exposure to Datacenter Infrastructure projects (Servers, Storage, Network, Cloud, Migration, DR).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, and reporting tools.
- Experience in risk management, budgeting, resource tracking, and project documentation.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification preferred.

Mandatory Requirements

- 8-10 years of overall experience with at least 4+ years in PMO functions.
- Experience supporting large-scale Datacenter or Infrastructure transformation projects.
- Willingness to work from Chennai location.
