Job Summary Malus Robotics Pvt Ltd is looking for a skilled PLC Programmer & Robot Programmer to develop, program, integrate, and commission industrial automation systems and robotic cells. The candidate should be capable of handling projects from control design to final commissioning, including PLC logic development, HMI/SCADA integration, robot programming, troubleshooting, client discussions, and in office support. The role may require domestic and international travel for project execution, installation, client meetings, and technical support (including countries such as USA, Germany, etc.).

Key Responsibilities  Develop PLC logic, function blocks, and control sequences for automation machines and SPMs.  Program and configure HMI/SCADA systems for machine monitoring and control.  Perform industrial robot programming for robotic cells, pick-and-place, palletizing, welding, machine tending, and material handling applications.  Integrate robots with PLC, vision systems, sensors, servo drives, VFDs, and safety systems.  Debug PLC, robot, and communication issues during machine testing and commissioning.  Configure industrial communication protocols such as Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus, OPC-UA, etc.  Attend technical meetings with clients to understand control requirements and present automation solutions.



 Visit client sites for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, FAT/SAT, and production support.  Travel within India and internationally (USA, Germany, etc.) based on project requirements.  Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, software, production, and project teams.  Support machine optimization, cycle time improvement, and performance enhancement.  Prepare IO lists, electrical documentation, control architecture, reports, and technical presentations.  Support virtual commissioning and simulation activities before physical commissioning.
