We are looking for an experienced PLC Programmer with hands-on experience in SPM machine automation, PLC programming, HMI programming, troubleshooting, and machine commissioning.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop and modify PLC programs for Special Purpose Machines (SPM).
- Program and configure PLC systems such as Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron, and Delta.
- Develop HMI programs for SPM machines.
- Handle automation systems for custom-built machinery.
- Work with sensors, servo motors, VFDs, pneumatic systems, and electrical panels.
- Perform machine testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
- Handle installation and commissioning of SPM machines.
- Coordinate with design, electrical, and assembly teams.

Required Skills:

- Solid knowledge of PLC and HMI programming.




- Hands-on experience in SPM machine automation.
- Knowledge of servo drives, VFDs, sensors, and control panels.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve automation issues.
- Experience in machine commissioning.

Eligibility:

- Only experienced candidates can apply.
- Freshers are not eligible.
- SPM industry experience preferred.
