Position: Plastic Mould Design Engineer

Location: Naraina, Delhi

Salary: ₹60,000–₹70,000/month

Experience: 5 - 6 Years

Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Software: Siemens NX UG (Unigraphics)

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop plastic injection moulds using Siemens NX UG.
- Create 3D models, 2D drawings and detailed mould assembly designs.
- Design mould components, including core, cavity, sliders, lifters and ejector systems.
- Read and interpret product drawings and technical specifications.
- Ensure mould designs meet quality, accuracy and manufacturing requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, Tool Room and Manufacturing teams.
- Identify and resolve mould design issues and support troubleshooting.
- Modify existing mould designs as per customer requirements.




- Ensure timely completion of mould design projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 5 years of hands-on experience in Plastic Injection Mould Design.
- Proficiency in Siemens NX UG / Unigraphics software.
- Strong knowledge of plastic injection mould design and mould-making processes.
- Experience in 3D Modelling, 2D Detailing and Mould Assembly Design.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of plastic materials, shrinkage and moulding processes.
- Robust technical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
