Role Overview:

The candidate will function as the Cluster/Plant IT Service Delivery Lead EUS governance, The Plant IT Service Delivery Lead will be responsible for stabilizing and strengthening EUS operations across assigned plant locations. The role will act as the single point of accountability for plant IT service experience, ensuring clear communication, ticket discipline, Managing escalation, contractual workforce supervision, GMP support behaviour, and coordination with Infra, Cyber Security, ITBP, Applications, vendors, and Global Service Desk.

The role is expected to bring assigned sites into a disciplined operating model by improving ownership, service quality, technical coordination, GMP support readiness, and stakeholder confidence

Required Competencies, Skills and Experience

- Strong knowledge of Pharmaceutical Manufacturing IT Systems and GxP compliance.




- Experience in IT Infrastructure, Networking, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise Systems.
- Good understanding of plant IT operations and manufacturing support workplace.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, service ownership, and escalation management capabilities.
- Ability to align IT support priorities with IT, manufacturing and quality business objectives
- Strong communication skills with focus on ownership, accountability, professional behaviour, and timely user updates

AI literacy with ability to use approved AI/digital tools responsibly for service reporting, knowledge management, ticket trend analysis, communication improvement, and process optimization
