➢ Ensure statutory compliance with labour laws and regulations.

➢ Manage contractor manpower deployment, onboarding, and contractual compliance.

➢ Monitor contractor performance and workforce governance.

Administration & CSR

➢ Oversee employee administration and welfare services.

➢ Coordinate and implement local CSR initiatives.

SHE (Safety, Health & Setting)

➢ Support implementation of SHE standards and promote a strong safety culture within the plant
