Role & responsibilities

- Strong experience in HR Operations and HR Generalist activities.

- Expertise in end-to-end Plant HR Management.

- Employee engagement, employee relations, and workforce retention.

- Handling HR policies, procedures, processes, and statutory compliance.

- Workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and deployment.

- Employee grievance handling and conflict resolution.

- Recruitment, onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.

- Attendance management, leave administration, and payroll coordination.

- Performance management, appraisal, and employee development.

- Industrial relations and labour law compliance.

- Handling disciplinary actions, domestic enquiries, and employee disputes.

- Contractor and blue-collar workforce management.





- Managing factory HR documentation, audits, and statutory records.

- Training and development initiatives for plant employees.

- Managing employee welfare activities and engagement programs.

- Ensuring compliance with PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, and other labour regulations.

- Strong coordination with plant heads, production, operations, and business stakeholders.

- Experience in managing a large workforce in a manufacturing/automobile environment.

- Solid leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
