Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage plant operations, ensuring efficient production planning, execution, and delivery of high-quality products.

- Oversee manufacturing operations, including automotive wiring harness assembly, to ensure compliance with quality standards.

- Develop and implement effective production management strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and drive process optimization initiatives.

- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices throughout the factory operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 18-28 years of experience in Plant Operations or related field (Auto ancillary industry preferred).

- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree from a recognized institution (Any specialization).

- Robust understanding of PPC (Product Planning & Control), SAP systems, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) principles.
