Moldtek Packaging Limited is a leading manufacturer of rigid plastic packaging solutions, serving various industries with innovative and high-quality packaging products.

Job Purpose To manage plant-level accounting, inventory reconciliation, stores accounting, statutory compliance and financial reporting, ensuring effective financial control and accuracy of financial records at the manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plant Accounting & Finance

Handle day-to-day plant accounting operations. Maintain general ledger, journal entries and accounting records.

Monitor plant expenses and support budgetary controls.

Prepare monthly financial statements and MIS reports.

1. Inventory & Stores Accounting

Manage inventory accounting and stock reconciliation. Reconcile physical stock with ERP records.

Monitor raw materials, finished goods and consumables.

Coordinate with Stores, Purchase and Production departments.

Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.

1. GST & Statutory Compliance

Handle GST returns, reconciliations and related compliance. Manage TDS calculations, deductions and return filings.

Ensure timely statutory compliance and documentation.





Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors.

1. Costing & Financial Reporting

Monitor manufacturing costs and plant expenses. Support product costing and variance analysis.

Prepare monthly MIS and financial reports.

Assist in internal and statutory audits.

1. Vendor & Purchase Accounting

Verify purchase bills and supporting documents. Handle vendor ledger reconciliation.

Ensure accurate accounting of purchases and expenses.

Educational Qualification

CA – Semi-qualified / Qualified.

CMA – Semi-qualified / Qualified.

CA Inter / CMA Inter candidates are also encouraged to apply.

Required Skills & Experience

5–10 years of relevant experience in Plant Accounting / Manufacturing Finance.

Experience in Manufacturing or FMCG industries is preferred.

Strong knowledge of inventory reconciliation and stores accounting.

Valuable understanding of GST, TDS and statutory filings.

Working knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel.

Strong analytical and coordination skills.

Location & Relocation

Positions available at Panipat and Unit 10, Sultanpur (Hyderabad).

Local candidates at both locations are preferred.
