- Must have a thorough domain knowledge of process piping
- Able to plan in advance for resources, manpower, tools and tackles, project material etc. in line with the erection schedule
- Should have well expertise in studying and interpreting Piping drawings and also must have ability to prepare As-Built drawings for small bore
- Must have sound knowledge of welding techniques prevalent in pipe welding
- Should be well versed with various attachments and fixtures of piping along with various types of supports
- Must be able to think differently when encountered with demanding situations
- Should be completely dedicated towards safety in his workplace adhering by Zero tolerance
- Should be aware of the basic quality checks to be conducted during executing the job keeping the process awareness in place
- Must have valuable communication and negotiation skills to help get the best out of the workforce as per requirement
