Minimum Qualification
Program in Project Management Level -1
1. Must have a thorough domain knowledge of process piping
2. Able to plan in advance for resources, manpower, tools and tackles, project material etc. in line with the erection schedule
3. Should have well expertise in studying and interpreting Piping drawings and also must have ability to prepare As-Built drawings for small bore
4. Must have sound knowledge of welding techniques prevalent in pipe welding
5.
Should be well versed with various attachments and fixtures of piping along with various types of supports
6. Must be able to think differently when encountered with demanding situations
7. Should be completely dedicated towards safety in his workplace adhering by Zero tolerance
8. Should be aware of the basic quality checks to be conducted during executing the job keeping the process awareness in place
9. Must have valuable communication and negotiation skills to help get the best out of the workforce as per requirement
