Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee the end-to-end patient journey, from booking and sample collection to
- final report delivery.
- Manage and guide Client Operations, Front Office, Home Collection and Accessioning
- teams.
- Act as the clinical escalation point for patient and operational queries.
- Monitor and communicate critical test results promptly to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Provide guidance to patients regarding laboratory reports and test requirements.
- Ensure an excellent patient experience through effective communication and grievance
- resolution.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve patient
- services.
- Support the launch of innovative diagnostic tests, digital health solutions and new
- technologies.
- Collaborate with laboratory and technical teams to improve workflows, reports and
- patient communication.
- Contribute to healthcare technology,



AI-based tools and digital health initiatives.
- Support medical accuracy in marketing campaigns, scientific outreach, CMEs and
- webinars.
- Train and mentor front office, customer care and scientific teams across Delhi NCR.

What We Are Looking For:

- MBBS with a valid medical registration.
- Experience in a diagnostic laboratory, hospital or patient-facing healthcare environment
- is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong patient-centric approach with warmth and empathy.
- Ability to handle escalations and critical situations calmly and decisively.
- Robust leadership, training and team management skills.
