Role Description The PHP Developer Trainee will support the development and maintenance of PInterview’s online platform as part of a full-time remote role. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with back-end PHP development, writing clean and testable code, debugging and fixing issues, and contributing to database integration and API development. The trainee will collaborate with senior developers to implement new features, improve performance,



and enhance the user experience for candidates and interviewers.

The role also involves working with front-end components, participating in code reviews, and learning best practices in software development, security, and documentation.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Back-End Web Development and Programming.
- Candidates should possess skills in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Software Development.
- Candidates should possess skills in Front-End Development and basic web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with PHP frameworks (e.g., Laravel or Symfony) and relational databases (e.g., MySQL) is beneficial.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and willingness to learn in a quick-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate effectively with a distributed team.
- Pursuing or holding a degree or certification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
