Position: Phlebotomist (Home Collection)

Salary: Up to ₹17,000 (In-hand) + PF & ESI + Incentives

Petrol allowance provided (per km basis)

Requirements

- Experience in blood sample collection
- Own bike & valid driving license (mandatory)
- Good patient handling & communication skills

Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM Work Schedule: 6 days working | 1 fixed weekly off

Key Responsibilities

- Collect blood samples from patients’ homes
- Ensure proper labeling and safe handling of samples
- Maintain hygiene and safety protocols
- Coordinate with the lab team efficiently
- Support basic center-level sales (incentives applicable on target achievement)
