Job Responsibilities

- Assist the pharmacist in day-to-day pharmacy operations.

- Receive, unpack, and arrange medicines and healthcare products.

- Maintain stock levels and monitor product expiry dates.

- Support billing and customer service activities.

- Pack customer orders accurately and assist in dispatch.

- Keep the pharmacy clean, organized, and compliant with company standards.

- Assist in inventory counting and stock audits.





- Coordinate with the store team to ensure product availability.

- Follow company SOPs and maintain proper documentation.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Customer service orientation.

- Ability to work in a quick-paced retail environment.

- Strong attention to detail.
