Job Purpose To assist in the smooth day-to-day operations of the pharmacy by supporting medicine dispensing, stock management, billing, and customer service while ensuring accuracy and compliance with pharmacy procedures. Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Assist in dispensing medicines and other pharmacy products as per prescriptions and under the supervision of the registered pharmacist.
2. Support pharmacy billing and ensure accurate entry of medicines and quantities.
3. Arrange, label, and maintain medicines systematically.
4. Monitor stock levels and inform the Pharmacy In-charge about low-stock items.
5. Check expiry dates regularly and maintain proper records of expired and damaged medicines.
6. Assist in receiving, verifying, and storing medicines purchased from suppliers.

Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the pharmacy.
8. Handle patient and customer enquiries politely and provide necessary assistance.
9. Support daily stock verification and inventory management.
10. Follow hospital policies, pharmacy procedures, and applicable legal requirements.

Required Skills Good communication and customer-service skills. Accuracy in handling medicines and maintaining records. Basic knowledge of medicines and pharmacy products. Basic computer and billing software knowledge.
