Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic US Pharma Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for pharmaceutical and life sciences roles across the US.

The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a quick-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for US Pharma/Life Sciences roles. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels.

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.

Coordinate with hiring managers/clients to understand job requirements.

Manage candidate pipeline and maintain ATS records. Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients.

Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.



Ensure compliance with US recruitment standards and documentation.

Requirements

Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of US Pharma/Healthcare roles (preferred).

Ability to work in night shifts (US timings).

Familiarity with job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn (preferred).

Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills: Knowledge of Pharma roles such as Clinical Research, Regulatory Affairs, QA/QC, Pharmacovigilance, etc.

Experience in US staffing/recruitment is an added advantage.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualification: Any Graduate
