Job Summary

We are looking for a well-organized and responsible Executive Assistant to provide executive support to the Managing Director, focusing on administrative operations, executive coordination and domestic and overseas business travel management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage executive schedules, appointments and meeting coordination.
- Handle domestic and international flight reservations and accommodation arrangements.
- Manage overseas and domestic travel itineraries and executive mobility coordination.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels and external service providers.
- Maintain executive reports, records and documentation using MS Excel.
- Handle official correspondence, emails and business communications.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.




- Provide executive assistance during domestic and overseas business visits.

Requirements

- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Any graduate degree
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Experience in flight reservation management and travel coordination.
- Professional attitude, robust interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Willingness to accompany the MD on domestic and international business trips.
