We are looking for a data-driven and result-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist who can lead paid media campaigns, optimize marketing budgets, and drive customer acquisition and business growth.

Location: Bhayander, Mumbai

Experience: 3–5 Years

? Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000/month

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and scale paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital platforms.
- Manage marketing budgets and optimize campaigns to achieve better CAC and ROAS.
- Monitor campaign performance, conversions, and customer acquisition costs.
- Develop and implement A/B testing and creative optimization strategies.
- Analyze campaign data using GA4, Excel, and reporting dashboards.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad campaigns.




- Identify new marketing opportunities and improve conversion rates.
- Prepare performance reports and provide actionable growth insights.

What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
- Solid knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and paid media campaigns.
- Understanding of CAC, ROAS, LTV, and campaign attribution.
- Proficiency in GA4, Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Experience in budget management, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
