WE'RE HIRING | Senior Performance Marketing & Growth Manager

Pureverse Private Limited is looking for an experienced, data-driven, and commercially minded growth leader to drive our end-to-end digital growth ecosystem.

This is more than a performance marketing role. We’re looking for someone who can own the complete growth journey, from customer acquisition and conversion to retention, revenue and profitability.

- Performance Marketing & Paid Media (Google, Meta and other platforms)
- Customer Acquisition & App Growth
- E-commerce & Marketplace Growth
- CRM, Retention & Lifecycle Marketing
- Analytics, Attribution & Conversion Rate Optimisation
- SEO, Creative Performance & Influencer Marketing
- Marketing Automation, MarTech & AI-driven Growth
- Budget Management, Revenue Ownership & Team Leadership

What We're Looking For:





- 8–12+ years of experience in Performance / Digital / Growth Marketing.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads and analytics.
- Proven experience managing marketing budgets and driving measurable business outcomes.
- Experience across e-commerce, CRM, app growth and customer retention.
- FMCG, D2C, Consumer Brand or Quick Commerce experience preferred.
