Role Description The Performance Marketing role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chandigarh. This role involves planning, executing, and optimizing digital and offline marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Daily responsibilities include analyzing campaign performance data, conducting market and audience research, managing marketing funnels, and coordinating with sales and customer service teams to align campaigns with business goals.

The individual will create and refine marketing strategies, manage budgets, track key performance metrics, and prepare reports and insights for leadership.



Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning across channels is a core part of the role.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills to collaborate with teams, present insights, and engage customers effectively.
- Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to identify target audiences, analyze trends, and design performance-focused campaigns.
- Sales and Customer Service skills to support lead conversion, nurture prospects, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Experience with digital marketing channels (e.g., paid search, social media ads, display, remarketing) and performance analytics tools.
- Ability to interpret data, build dashboards or reports, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign ROI.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced setting, manage multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines.
- Experience in health, wellness, or fitness sectors is an advantage but not mandatory.

Experience:2-5 Years

Salary: Upto 55K CTC
