What You’ll Do:

Google Ads (Search):

- Set up and manage Google Search lead generation campaigns.
- Perform keyword research, match type selection, negative keyword management, and ad group structuring.
- Craft high-converting Responsive Search Ads (RSAs) and sitelink/callout extensions.
- Monitor bid strategies (Max Conversions, Target CPA, Manual CPC) and daily budgets.
- Assist in tracking conversions via GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM).

Meta Ads (Paid Social):

- Run Meta lead generation campaigns (Instant Forms & Website Leads).
- Target, build, and optimize custom, lookalike, and interest-based audiences.




- Work with the design team on high-converting ad copy and creative A/B testing.
- Track and optimize CPL, lead quality, frequency, and creative performance.

Analytics & Reporting:

- Analyze key campaign metrics (CPL, CTR, Conversion Rate, Impression Share, Quality Score).
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

What We’re Looking For:

- Education: Recent graduate/fresher.
- Certifications: Certification or coursework completed in Performance Marketing, Google Ads, or Meta Ads (Required).
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of Google Search campaigns, Meta Ads Manager, Meta Pixel, GA4, and conversion tracking concepts.
- Key Skills: Analytical mind, good written communication for ad copy, and strong attention to metrics.
- Bonus: Interest or experience in healthcare/hospital marketing is a plus!
