About Ailoitte

Ailoitte is an AI engineering company that sells to CTOs in India, the USA and the Middle East.

The role

We want a part time consultant to own our paid marketing end to end: ads, landing pages, tracking and cost per lead. You write the copy, and you own the number. Success means booked discovery calls at a cost we agree on, not clicks or impressions.

What you’ll own

- LinkedIn, Google Search, retargeting and paid listing campaigns (Clutch, GoodFirms) across India, the USA and the Middle East
- Writing the ad copy and landing page copy, and choosing the offer for each campaign
- Setting up tracking from ad to landing page to HubSpot to booked meeting
- Testing 2–3 ideas a week, stopping what doesn’t work and scaling what does
- A weekly report covering spend, leads, qualified leads, meetings and cost per each
- A monthly budget split by channel and country

Non-negotiable requirements

- 4–8 years in paid marketing, including at least 2 years in B2B
- Has personally run LinkedIn lead-gen and Google Search campaigns for deals above ₹20L / $25k with sales cycles longer than 30 days
- Has written the ad copy and landing page copy themselves




- Has managed at least ₹5L / $10k a month in ad spend
- Hands-on with HubSpot, GA4 and Google Tag Manager, and sets up tracking without help
- Measures results in cost per lead, cost per qualified lead and meetings booked
- Currently serves no more than 3–4 clients

Preferred

Experience with IT services, software development, B2B SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity or health tech companies selling to CTOs and CIOs. Experience selling to the US market from India.

Not a fit

Experience only in consumer brands, e-commerce, ed-tech, real estate or app-install marketing.

Engagement terms

- Freelance contract with a flat monthly retainer and no commission. An optional quarterly bonus is tied to cost per qualified lead.
- At least 2 fixed weekly time slots that overlap with our team.
- A 3-month trial, with 30 days’ notice from either side.
- All ad accounts are owned and paid for by Ailoitte, and all work belongs to Ailoitte. An NDA is required.
