Job Summary

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Coordinator to manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns in collaboration with performance marketing agencies and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and performance marketing agencies.

Ensure campaign requirements, timelines, and deliverables are aligned with business goals.

Understand marketing funnels and suggest cutting-edge strategies to improve ROI.

Track KPIs such as ROI, CPA, CPL, and conversion rates; monitor ad spend and budgets.

Manage and organize marketing assets (creatives, copy, websites, etc.).

Collaborate with Sales, Creative, Content, and Data teams for campaign optimization.

Conduct A/B testing and continuously analyze performance for improvements.

Requirements: Strong analytical and numerical skills.

Experience in performance marketing and campaign management.

Excellent coordination and communication skills.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
