WTF (wtf.fitness) is India's full-stack fitness company: 11 brands on one operating system. We sell online every day across very different products - WTF Gyms memberships and personal training (60 premium gyms of our own), Metaboliq (doctor-led weight-loss programmes, from a 1,799 first test to 50,000-1.5 lakh programmes), EVRYDAY nutrition and supplements (D2C), WTF Academy certification courses, and subscriptions. ~270 gyms and 85,000+ members today. This role takes our online revenue to hundreds of crores.

Not for social media posting, SEO-only or lead-generation-only roles. You run paid campaigns for sales, every day.

What you do, every day

- Run our Meta and Google campaigns hands-on: build, launch, test and optimise campaigns for purchases, paid bookings, memberships and subscriptions - across WTF Gyms, Metaboliq, EVRYDAY and WTF Academy.
- Daily numbers: spend, CPA/CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR by campaign; kill losers and scale winners every morning; weekly report to the Head of Performance Marketing.




- Ship 15-30 new ads a week with the creative team and AI tools; structured A/B tests on hooks, offers, audiences and landing pages.
- Keep tracking clean: pixel + Conversions API, GA4, UTMs, events; flag when numbers do not add up.
- Learn fast from the Head and Senior Performance Marketer; grow into owning a brand.

Who fits

- 2-5 years of hands-on Meta and Google ads, ideally for a D2C / e-commerce / consumer brand, optimising for purchases.
- Have personally run 5 lakh+ a month of ad spend for sales; know CPA, ROAS, CTR and conversion rate and act on them daily.
- You will report to the Head of Performance Marketing and work with the Senior Performance Marketer.
- Fast, numbers-first, comfortable with Sheets and AI tools.

Work: Sector 9, Noida (head office) + regular visits to gyms across Delhi NCR • full time, on-site • 6 days • CTC 8-12 LPA + up to 2 LPA performance bonus.
